CHARLOTTE BRAND AUDIE, PRESIDENT/CEO Charlotte is a seasoned professional in association management and governmental affairs. With more than twenty years in the Association industry, she has gained the valuable experience necessary to successfully lead associations.
She has worked in management positions for numerous associations including the Florida Restaurant Association and the Florida Medical Association. Charlotte currently serves as a board member for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement/Missing Children Information Clearinghouse Advisory Board and Florida Chamber of Commerce Political Institute.
In addition, she was recently appointed to the Research Advisory Committee for Florida TaxWatch and as an Ex-Officio member of Visit Florida's Board of Directors.
She is also a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Florida Society of Association Executives and the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives.

AMY BOGNER, COMMUNICATIONS/PUBLIC SERVICE DIRECTOR Amy has many years of experience in media relations and education development at both the state and local government level. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Prior to her arrival at FOAA, Amy worked at the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office and the Department of Insurance as a Public Information Specialist. Before moving to Tallahassee in 1999, she was employed with the Brevard County Sheriff's Office promoting crime prevention programs and assisting with media relations. Additionally, Amy worked closely with the Brevard County Emergency Management during several key disasters and events.
She is a member of the Tallahassee Society of Association Executives and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse Advisory Board.

NORA HERRON, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Nora has spent the majority of her career working for the Florida House of Representatives. In 1974, she was hired to work for the Criminal Justice Committee. She served as Chief Legislative Aide to Representative Ron Richmond and Chief Legislative Aide to former State Representative and current Congressman, F. Allen Boyd, Jr.
In addition, she has worked in management position's for both the Police Chief's Association and the Florida Restaurant Association.
